Place one tea bag or 2 teaspoons (4g) of Yuzu Sencha into the Kyusu (Japanese teapot). Pour in 120-150 ml of 80°C water onto the leaves. Infuse for one minute and pour into your Yunomi (Japanese tea cup). If using a tea bag directly in the Yunomi, make sure to remove it after one minute.
