Kyoto

Place one tea bag or 2 teaspoons (4g) of Sakura Sencha into your Kyusu (tea pot). Pour 120-150 ml of water at 80°C into the Kyusu. Steep for one minute and pour into your Yunomi (tea cup). If you're using a tea bag directly in your Yunomi, pour hot water over it and remove the bag after one minute.
