Brewing suggestion

Use one tea bag or 2 teaspoons (4g) of Mikan Hojicha in a Kyusu (Japanese teapot). Steep with 150-200 ml of water heated to 90°C for 30 to 60 seconds. If using a tea bag directly in a Yunomi (Japanese tea cup), be sure to remove it after the specified steeping time.
